When recently constructing absorption panels, ala the Jon R recipe, I had trouble finding burlap over 48" wide in fabric stores. Many of the on-line sites would only sell larger sizes by the 100 yard lot. I found the site posted below which offers 10oz. burplap in 72" wide size by the yard. One caveat, the burplap I received smelled very funky after being shipped in the box and required about a week outside and a blast of "fabreze" odor remover to "air out" completely. Small price to pay, IMHO, for burlap of this size, but a price all the same. I received 15 yards for abotu $42, delivered!
