Hello Chris,Thank you for your advice. I feel better now after everyone seems to be coming to the same conclusion that is I don't need to worry about this voltage difference.
I do feel obligated to give you answer to you question.
I used FLUKE 21III multimeter to measure the DC voltage.
The reason behind the question on voltage regulator is that I can measure (+35.1 and -35.1)after my unregulated power supply (I'm sure it's choppier) but can not get REGULATED voltage right.
I guess nothing is perfect and yes, I have other things to worry about. Again thank you all for you input.Bo
