You can actually use the Jung topology for more than 35 volts. One way of achieving this is to let the gain be higher and insert a zener stab for the opamp.My new JSR04 can be tweaked for this purpose. I haven't got any picture yet but it looks like the one above but the pcb has four heatsinks.
