Hi all,
Iâ€™m buying a used set of Special 25â€™s and the Stand 2â€™s and Iâ€™m considering trying to fit a C1 style threaded nut into the bottom of the Special 25â€™s. If possible Iâ€™d like to exactly mimic the C1 attachment. Does anyone know the type, size and possibly brand of the insert?

Has anyone tried something like this? Is this a bad idea? I have a 1 Â½ year old and Iâ€™m a little worried about the speakers being knocked over. I just ordered some blu-tac but Iâ€™m thinking this might be a better long term solution.
