Just finished upgrading the opamp in my Pioneer DV-563A universal player. Original: BA4560. Replacement: AD8620. Results: More of everything good: bass, highs, attack, dynamics, you name it. Most of all, more "ease" and natural flow to the music. The AD8620 is one helluva opamp. Even running with a single-rail supply (it's designed for dual-rail), and close to its minimum voltage rating, this chip sings. And the noise level is VERY low. I haven't read about anyone else here using the 8620 in this particular player, so thought I would post my experience.
Cheers

- Agree. The AD8620 is one of the best opamps available and the one I use where I can. nt - Dad 04:12:01 03/07/05 (0)
