i was thinking of a box with no back and tuned stuffing to stop the rear radiation problem. but i think the cross over design is going to be the crux of the matter as they all seem to be active x-overs or very comlex passives. i want less in the circuit path !!! time to experiment i think! thanks to all. matt.
