The swing arm looks fine, however it does seem to "float" a lot. It is attached to a spring and appears to have a lot of movement forward and backward. I have cleaned the lens. This CD players seems real sensitive to foot falls. I can make it skip by stompping around the table. It also appears to glitch less after it has been on for a while.John
