There's a bunch of great information in this asylum, but the most you can really hope for is to get a general consensus of the sound of various parts or gear and discover what might work for you. But then you've just got to try it out and see what your own ears in your own system says about it. Also I want to thank the original poster for going back and re-listening to the various caps with proper break-in. He didn't want to do that originally, and after the suggestion was made here, he went and did it. It's really great to keep an open mind about these things and I'm sure he gained some valuable knowledge. (Not to mention finding a cap that suits his needs when he first thought it wouldn't). Great job all the way around.
