biasing 300b with Tj

I am a nubie at his I have a300b intergrated amp out of honkong (soundtrack) impossible to get scehmatic or any info Iam going to replace the cheap 300bs that came with unit with tj full music. My question is what should I bias the amp to the ones that are in there are at 29ma and 24ma is this not running a little cold or is it the makeup of thease tubes. I swapped the tjs they seem to run fine at thease ma levels
what is a good setting for the tj ?
