If the SST has gotten stiff or partially dried out, take a toothpick and stir the material well. That will restore some of its viscosity. If the material has gotten too dry to apply, and stirring doesn't help, call or email Walker Audio. Lloyd has a recommended procedure he'll discuss with you.For storage, Lloyd recommends the electrician's tape and freezing tip shared below.
As to SST drying on the terminations themselves, this doesn't change the effectiveness of the treatment.
