I've used bubble wrap betweem 3/4" MDF slabs with High Bounce balls (cut in half) (Toy's R Us 1.99 /6) 3 or 4 under the base board as
turn table isolation and it works superbly, tightened up the bass more detail and air, and made the table immune to walking aound on my 135 yr. old wooden floor.
