I made one up using a 1/4 in punch. The sheet came from one of the typical dynamat-type .... a company called Stinger (Roadkill Pro), to which I added a dot of aluminium foil. I used this because it was available locally at the auto-shop. I am sure dynamat and its relatives should work too. Someone with Marigo dots should try that.-AG
