hello 2395,You don't need a schematic. Feed the pot say 1 Volt DC and tap the wiper output voltage to read its voltage on a cheap digital LED or LCD direct reading digital display. In Australia these can be had for $20-40 from Jaycar Electronics. The voltage should be suitably scaled to say read 100 at full scale. Only one downside- the display may flip between digits if you try to use too much resolution (too many digits)on the display.
