Michael Percy Audio offers TI Shield. His prices are about average.Another really cool tweak (if your looking to tweak a transformer) is to replace the rubber isolator on the bottom of the transformer with 1/4" Microsorb. Microsorb enhances midrange and top end frequencies (whereas the rubber bloats the bass and upper bass frequencies). When I use it with tordials I get oodles of detail and air (Ti Shield adds a touch of harmonic detail and sweetness up top).
Last but not least....as your aware metal on metal has a habit of generating odd harmonics. EAR C-1002 (thinest available thickness) does a wonderful job of reducing harmonics between the ac outlet yoke and metal power conditioner chassis (replace all steel screws with brass to lower the magnetic field ~ it will also help lower hum). C-1002 is also used in the Townsend Seismic Sink if your familar with the isolation platform. Townsend uses the product between the air bladder and steel top plate. EAR also sells isolation feet (Used on PS Audio products) that work very well, but lately I have favored using the adhesive Soundcare standard spike. I use them on my PLC, amp, HTPC, EQ, and speaker. The adhesive pad does a nice job of reducing the harmonic ringing caused by metal on metal application without loosing the effectiveness of the tweak. I think Soundcare offers the best bang for the buck.
