I would also like to make a new xover the xover that came with the speakers is a simple 3uf electrolytic cap and resitor for the tweeter and the woofer runs fullrange with no xover. I think I might do better us9ing the tweeter and using a diferant woofer since this woofer is meant to be put in a car door not a box. I also would like a bit more bas thena 5in driver will provide. Would it be possible to use a 7 or 8in with the tweeter i have?? I know morel makes quality drivers. Im gonna try asking over in the speaker forum
