on how much are you willing to invest and if you have materials available in house. But, the most important thing is, TO TRY IT....and reach some definite conclusions on your own system.There are many tweaks, commercially available and do-it-yourself project, that can be done. If you already have the shelves and the Vibrapods, just try and see what happens. Also, replace the pods with other things around. Like bycicle tubes, racketballs, breaings, cork, etc...you may like some of those instead of the pods...never know!!!
