I only have ground fault interrupter outlets (30 mA) in bathrooms and terrace. Is it common to use GFI outlets in other places also (it is not common in Finland)?
I added a bleeder resistor to the PCB and I hope it lowers the risk of getting a nasty electric shok from unpluggin schuko plug and touching hot and neutral/groung while doing it. I have got a shock from 2*0.47 uF Auricaps (well not auricaps but similar). It wasn't pleasant but not that painfull either.
I have understood (this might not be true) that in PSAudio filters there is a relay between hot and neutral. The relay shuts when the power is disconnected. The caps discharge quickly thru the relay and a series resistor.
