The -11v rail requires placing the + cap terminal to ground and - cap leg to the - 11v rail.
Another cap is used sometimes to go from the + rail straight to the - rail. Usually it is around a 1 ufd film cap (bipolar) that is not polarized.
Several report very good results with a 0.1 muiltlayer ceramic cap for the last bypass cap. I picked some up one time for this, but the caps were huge and the SOIC opamp is sooo tiny.
I think newark has a line of low cost multi-layer ceramic caps.George
