That seems to be what most people overlook.But the discussion is very interesting and I think it's GREAT that people are talking about it.
I have sued (and been sued) over these kinds of issues in my work, and it is always fascinating to see the MANY different points of view. Usually, things are NOT what I first imagine them to be.
I'm very glad to see that respect for the viewpoints of all involved has prevailed as the guiding principle in this conversation/issue.
