Well I noticed that the contractor wired 2 outlets on one side of the panel and 1 one the other, I wonder if this can cause a ground loop? With everything unplugged,but the amp,I turn on the amp and there is the hum. The amp circuit is also the circuit wired on the opposite side of the others.thanks,
