SMPS (Panny) and heat

81.57.96.19

hi

with the summer , my Panny45 receiver SMPS is rather hot , even when listening at low level
it's a 220V>50V SMPS
Is it dangerous ? There are 2 or 3 capacitors that are very hot , and there is no event to evacuate the heat
it's strange but the sound seems smoother when the device is hot
I've read somewhere that SMPS works better when warm ?
