It's an automotive polish - available just about anywhere that sells such stuff. It's very good at removing all kinds of gunk without hurting the finish since it is non-abrasive (unlike many metal polishes). Be careful to use a soft 100% cotton cloth or, even better, a microfiber cloth. Many fabrics, like some flannel cloths, seem soft, but can make a mess of a polished finish (paper towels are also very abrasive). As always, proceed with caution and test a small section first.
Best of luck,
Pete
