hi,one of the best op amps is unbelievablely the ne5534A, is very good in all aspects, and easy to use, can drive high capacitances, low noise/distortion,
linear tech lt1028acp is also good but needs buffer if driving long cables,
or the analog devices ad711/op275/op27a or some burr brown 0-634 etc,
most op amps needs a pwr buffer if driving long cables, if short cables within the same chassis of the preamp than the lt1028a is quite good...
the queisent current of the lt1028 is adjustable and i think am not sure thu it's bootstraptable,
