it had a hot, ground, and a steel rod plated with copper as the ground at the pole. This was to code and was done with the help of a licsensed electrician. This was a number of years ago and I often thought, at that time, of putting a separate ground outside my listening room.ja in clear and 106 degrees F today, Tucson, AZ
