I share the frustration of those trying to obtain Owens Corning fiberglass panels, but I finally tracked down panels in the Philadelphia area.Infact, this distributor offered great prices I think. They did not stock unfaced 705, but do stock unfaced 2" 703. According to the Master Handbook of Acoustics, 2" 703 with "A" mounting absorbs very well down to 250hz or so. Double-up, and good to 125hz.
The cost: 68 cents per square foot, or about $58 for a carton of 10.
Don't know if they would ship outside Phila though
