International Rectifier www.irf.com!!I changed cheap 1N4007.1N4006,1N4004 diodes in ALL components! The bigest inprovement was in phonostage.RM-9 power amp,D/A converter, SFL-2 preamp!It totally transformed each. Also check general semiconductor,www.gensemi.com - they have part #'s and data.Let me know what you want to change and I will help! (Man is this fun!!!!!)Mike
