Is this ampifier have Hum when using with it Passive Pre-amplifier ? If no ! It may be cause by loop back of ground when you connect to RCA.
Just connect Ground of signal wire at input side (May be come from PCB).Connect 2 RCA ground together & connect it to ground. (This side of signal wire don't connect). It may be can solve the problem. I'm not sure it work or not. I have never use a Jolida amplifier but you can try.
