Look in the yellow pages under "Gaskets" or Custom Gasket Suppliers/MgfThese places have "felt" gasket material, actually, it's over 90% wool. Comes in thicknesses 1/8" to over 1".
It's expensive, I paid $6.50/ sq ft for 3/8" material. It's amazing for lining ported systems. It "splits" easily for making baffle diffraction absorbers.
