My monoblocks' chassis became rusted some time ago (I live right on the beach). I have been preparing to restore the amps for some time now, but wanted to ensure I had all the information and materials I needed first. The one area I have not found much information on is chassis restoration. As both chassis have started rusting, I plan to completely strip them and grind the rusted parts. Before I chrome them I would like to treat them with some sort of protective primer, but have no idea what to use. Any suggestions?
