Pick up a parts express Catalkogue, oder the batteries and the charger (see if they do an electronic module for internal mounting), a 4-pole 2-position switch (rotary recommended) and a suitably large enclosure.
Wire the switch so that it switches between the batteries connected to the Preamp and connected in series with each other (giving 24V with 6 Ampere for 1 hour or 0.6 Ampere for 10 Hours) and between the batteries in parallel and connected to the charger.
Fit a lead so it can connect to the Creek. I'd use two length of good solid core copper coax, shield against the case in the supply, the two cores being +/-.
