Have anyone tried a 3 way speaker with ELF for the woofer? ELF is the name Bag End uses for its sub technology. Basically, the woofer operates below the resonant frequency of the box. The advantage is that you can fit a woofer in a relatively small sealed box, the disadvantage is that you need a lot of power (probably 300-400W) minimum to make it work. This technology could give small speakers true bass capabilities.
