I used a 47 mfd cerafine to bypass the 470 mfd Elna that is the video output coupling cap in my Toshiba SD2109 DVD. The results are nice. The picture is smoother and more detailed and the colors seem to be in better balance. Also, black and white images seem sharper. Very cool! I may try sticking in a small film cap to see if any further refinement results. Thanks, Daryl, for a great suggestion.
