I would like to make the walls of an speaker enclosure measuring appr. 40x30x20 dead quit. The enclosure is made of 3/4"MDF. Some sources recommend gluing the bitumous car damping sheets on the walls of it. Others recommend gluing/nailing/stapling some lead inside the enclosure. The lead recommended is used to repair roofgutters. and comes in 2 pound rolls of 10" with.
Now I am trying to figure out what's the best to "kill" my enclosure.
Anyone has experience with both?
