How many strands of 30 AWG twisted to make 20AWG?

I want to get 20AWG for my 30AWG silver wire, leftover from my SST interconnect (greg Weaver) project.
Plan to try to re-wire my speaker with it. only for the tweeters and midrange driver.
do you think 20Awg is enough for paradigm s-100 v2?
will use teflon tubing for this purposes.
if you know the math for this AWG, please let me know. It'll make my work a lot easier.
