Check out mpja.com. They have many fans at different speeds, noise levels, and sizes.I recently purchased several 12V, 3.125 inch fans for my Zen amp project (two per amp). These fans are not noisy (although you can hear them during quiet passages). They were specified at 25 dB and 28 cfm. They cost $4.95 each. I also purchased 12V wall wart PS for $1.50 each.
