Adding Balanced Outputs to Amp?

Is it feasible, difficult, to add balanced outputs to an amp configured with stock RCA outputs only? I understand that a digital out termination in balanced outs involves a total different circuitry and an IC or two. I am looking at the possibility of adding balanced input jacks to my Jolida amp, but don't know if it would be worthwhile and/or feasible. In the same breath, if it is feasible and worthwhile, how hard would it be to do the same to the output jacks on my DAC?
