This has little to recommend it. Abouyt the only thing it would ahve going for it, would be multiple individually insualted wires. The insualtion is the cheapest PVC on the planet, and the copper is as cheap as it gets too.The CAT5 recipe uses plenum grade cable, which has FEP teflon insultion for the wire pairs, the wires are twisted pairs, which helps redcue inductance, and the copper is of a known quality grade.
