Replace the opa134 with opa627 (drop in), if you check the breadboard the SF has this option for DAC 3.0.
For the buffer, I prefer without it but since the DAC 3.0 was designed using buffer so you neeed to change the circuit (ask SF for sure). Consider the PS caps, all of them with better grade.
