Funny....what brought me into the "conditioner" tweak thread was my curiosity about this Energy Smart thing. I was hijacked tho by the APM discussion and I was wondering if anyone jumped on the Energy Smart question. I'm glad to see that you picked one up to test....but..... "And, you already think he/me nuts, but he had a second one and plugged it into wall without drawing current--just itself...maybe like a quietline but that even worked!".... or so said the original poster.
Is that your observation as well???
