Samantha ... I purchased a DR-10 on the www.audioreview.com classifieds for $675 last December. Couldn't be happier with the sound of this amp. Many will tell you the original Classe' DR-10 and DR-15 are better sonically then the current CA-100 and CA-150.When I was contemplating purchasing the DR-10, a gentleman in Dallas told me he once had a DR-10, but later sold it. Several years later purchased the CA-150 for a lot more money. He said he wished he had kept the original DR-10.
Can't vouch for the sound of the Fifteen, but the DR-10 is NOT rolled off in the treble. Very smooth sounding amp with superb detail. It may lack a little slam in the upper bass.
