I'd go with Jon's recipe, or go with raw Cat5 and leave inside the jackets (less hassle). Use one 8 pair run for + and another 8 pair run for - for each speaker (twist both runs together- leave in PVC sheathes), and capacitance shouldn't be a problem. Good luck.
