Hello Jon,
I'm interested in your balanced power work. I have the following components I would like to run from this, two 600W (constant draw) amplifiers and a turntable and preamp (homebrew, 50W?). I estimate the total current draw from the socket at about 10A. It looks like a SU-2 in balanced mode will work.
I'm thinking about putting the transformer in its own case with outlets for the components. I'm concerned about noise injection back into the signal from the power cords going from the transformer box to the components. Shielded power cords are available, how good are they? It seems that the outlet on the isolation box is a good point for picking up junk.
