Has any one heard of PHL audio's 1230 midbass dirver?

Does anyone has any experience with PHL's 1230 6.5'' midbass driver? With specifications such as 93db sensitivity, 16ohm nominal, it seems to be a perfect dirver for a rat powered tub amps. I intend to use this driver with a Raven r2 ribbon, crossed with a Marchand 2-channel tube xover at 2kHz. Specification for the 1230 can be found at the phl's website (www.phlaudio.com). I did a search of the PHL dirver on the tweakers asylum, but yeilded no result. Does this sound like a reasonable combination?
Thanx in advance!

An speaker idea I would like to share with you all.
The best cheap speaker enclosure I found, that is if sonic quility is your 1st priority, is a chimney tube. They come in round, square, or rectangular of various sizes. The wall is made of clay pottery with a thickness of either 3/4'' or 1'' depend on the size. All you need to make are a front baffle and a back. I intend to use this for my own application. I'll bolt the baffle and back together using 4 threaded rod through the interior of the chimney tube (sandiwch the tube in between). I'll get a tube slightly larger than what I needed, and just fill the extra volume with molding clay. It's going to be one heavy mother (about 100lb each for my 2-way), but is sonicly dead. Best of all, the enclosure volume can be tuned by simple adding or removing more clay.
good day all!
