The difference between hospital grade and spec grade is only the isolated ground included with the hospital grade plug, however both offer a much improved and tighter fit.I use both hospital and spec grade plugs, and re-wired my PLC to include them.
In a high quality system, they provide much better sound, smoother, better detailed with way way way more dynamic slam then normal plugs.
