I need to buy a better soldering iron. Checking the archives, I've decided on the Weller WES50. I want to order some extra tips at the same time. I've only used the small screwdriver type tips on my old soldering iron.
Which tips do the dedicated solderers find work out the best? This will be a general purpose unit with some PC board work, more point-to-point wiring, and probably a lot of connectors on cables.
