Greg, sounds like you are every bit as knowledable or more than I am. I was testing a Power One brand supply. An over the counter +/- 12 to 15 vdc @ 3amp max. Nice supply but unknown output impedance. I will try to load it this week and see if that makes any difference. I wonder if my old tube scope will see anything on that output? Ah, to own a spectrum analyzer.................
