OK guys, you're gonna love this one (yeah, I stay up real late thinking about this stuff :-)
I have been experimenting with my own version of DIY rollerblocks. Although I am not completely done with this project yet (still tweaking a few things), I would like to share this tidbit with all the other people who have already made their own various versions. Try substituting MOUSE BALLS for your steel bearings, glass marbles, or whatever else you are using. Cost is no more than the bearings (about $2.50-$2.75 ea.--- 7/8"-1" size).
I will say no more, so I won't bias your results.
I will post my own version of this recipe in the near future (when I'm done tweaking).
Here's a source for the balls, if you can't neuter "old" mice :-P
