Believe it or not, they actually make serviceable Interconnects. Try using it with my DIY Silver Interconnect recipe, but replace the silver with the magnet wire, and if you want to cut cost even further, use Polyethylene tubing (available at any hardware store), or even cotton or polypropylene rope. The ultimate, IMHO, is to go with the silver, though.Here's the link:
