Thanks for the input, I have yet to measure the DCR through the stock coil, it might not be that high. It looks like I can get relatively low values of DCR with 12ga. foil inductors, but $$$. I will decide after I measure the DCR through the coil I suppose. I don't think that the coil on the tweeter is as critical. It is wired in parallel with the tweeter.
