I assume you mean replacing the electrolytic caps with higher quality (e.g. film and foil) ones of the same value (in microFarads). You'll be limited by a) the physical size of the caps that can be fit into the board without blocking airflow, and b) the cost of the caps. I used the old Ultima and X-series Wondercaps back in the early '80's on a Bedini amp with some success, but each cap cost $10. The current SETI Infinicaps are considerably more expensive. Look at the Michael Percy catalog (a sponsor of this site) for various audiophile-grade caps, but keep in mind the physical size problem and the cost.
